BP_reading1 The doctors and staff at Graeme Medical Centre in Falkirk welcome patients old and new to our practice. We are proud to offer the very best possible treatment and advice to help you maintain your health and we run many clinics for the management of chronic diseases such as asthma and diabetes. On offer at the surgery is a wide variety of other medical services including antenatal and postnatal care, minor surgery, childhood vaccinations and well-person check-ups.

We are pleased to announce a new and welcome addition to our Practice. From mid-January, Dr Celma Chandramohan will join our team. Some patients may already know Dr Celma as she has worked here in the past as a locum I am sure she will be a great asset to our Practice. Dr Celma will work Wednesday mornings and all day on a Friday.

We are hoping to restart our Patient Participation Group but we desperately need new members. If you feel you would like to participate please contact Barbara Johnson, Practice Manager and express your interest. We meet about four times a year and these meetings are held at the Practice in the evenings.

Can patients please remember to allow 2 working days for their routine repeat prescriptions. Items not on repeat prescription may take longer to process.
